Not much. I am a medical virologist in South Africa, less rural these days, and occasionally edit Wikipedia articles. Mostly for grammar and spelling issues that irritate me. Until now I did the spelling without logging in; I had another profile but I can't remember what it is, or the articles I edited, so it's lost in the ether.
