I am Roberto A. Cabarrubias, Barangay Chairman of Basak-Pardo, Cebu City, and Electrical Engineer by profession. I was electedar in the year 1989 to June 30, 2007 end of my term. I have had initiated the Information and Communication Technology like establish a website www.barangay.net.ph/basak-pardo for transparency. I ran for a higher office and luckily was elected a City Councilor for Cebu City South District. The council selected me to head the newly created committee as recommended by Hon. Rodrigo Abellanosa, the COMMITTEE ON THE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY.
