Why "Prinplup"?[edit]
My user name is Prinplup, because when my son became obsessed with Pokémon, I told him I would learn the information about one, and only one, Pokémon. Prinplup is that Pokémon.
Who Is This?[edit]
I am a teacher and (as time allows) scholar. I have a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies (Old Testament/Hebrew Bible), and I teach biblical studies to Masters students.
I also sometimes instruct my students to make informed edits to Wikipedia pages of their choice. (This includes orientation to Wikipedia's goals and standards.)
I welcome Wikipedia-related conversation through my Talk (Discussion) page.
