I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am employed as a sysadmin for a large law firm in San Francisco. I train in Krav Maga 4-6 hours per week and supplement my training with 3-4 hours a week in the gym. I have also recently begun cross-training in Muay Thai.
Previous martial arts training includes Aikido, Boxing, Chen style Tai Chi Chuan, Tenshin Shōden Katori Shintō-ryū and Wing Chun Gung Fu.
