Wikibureaucracy is the regularized procedure that occurs on the web-based, free-content encyclopedia Wikipedia, through the wiki mechanism. Criticisms of wikibureaucracy, are not dissimiliar to criticisms of bureaucracy in general. While administrators themselves cannot be handed all the blame, criticism revolves around the wikibureaucracy's slowness, inabiliy to adapt to new situations, corruption, lack of meritocracy, poor division of responsibility, lack of leadership, and inflexibility.
