The 2023 AFF U-15 Championship is the sixteenth edition of the AFF U-16 Championship (third edition of the under-15 era), the annual international youth association football championship organised by the ASEAN Football Federation for men's under-15 national teams of Southeast Asia. This tournament will be different from any other edition that is hosted by Indonesia, all of the venues will be located in Kalimantan.

A total of 16 teams from 2 sub-confederations played in the tournament, with players born on or after 1 January 2007 eligible to participate. 4 teams from the Oceania Football Confederation are invited to compete in the tournament.

Qualified teams[edit]

There was no qualification, and all entrants advanced to the final tournament.
