Mexicanfood[edit]

I have spent my life learning about Mexican food. I love cooking, and sharing with others. I had hoped to contibute many articles about Mexican dishes and ingredients that I do not see here already. And I had hoped to expand the menus of people who want to learn how to cook authentic Mexican food. I didn't want to just write up a recipe, I wanted to share the history of each dish or ingredient and all the little details about how to prepare it. That was until the wikipedian police decided that I wasn't doing things according to their opinions. I read their suggested reading and felt that my articles and links were entirely appropriate, but because they have control issues, they decided to interpret Wikipedian code in there own way. I interpreted it differently, but that does not matter when you have them lording their wikipedian banners and badges all over the place deciding what is and isn't appropriate.
