I am a motivated, knowledgeable facilitator, consultant and writer. I am told I am considered an exceptional character to work with.

My approach to facilitation and training merges the business proposition, technology and human factors. I create a risk free, fun and engaging environment. Participants build on their own strengths and weaknesses to develop their leadership, managerial and personal proficiency.

I use a very participative style. I always build upon delegates knowledge, skills and personality as these underpin the foundation to learn, accept new ideas and put them into practice. I introduce the models and theories applicable to each topic by first building them onto delegates experiences. The delegates then get to practice and learn in a safe environment. Once the delegates are comfortable with their new skill I get them to teach it to either myself or other delegates as appropriate. This builds greater understanding and confidence. My approach has been compared to the training of Doctors - see one, do one, teach one.

I have written a book called “Personal Reputation Management”[1]

I have made ‘contributions’ to New Media Age, The Guardian and The Times newspapers.
