"Witness The Fallacy" is a 6 piece American Progressive Deathcore Group located in Simi Valley, California. Origionally Founded by Daniel Katsoulis, Pj Pickett, and Michael Traxler in 2012. In 2013, the band (Then called "Deep Within a Sea Serpents Belly") would have long time friend and guitarist Mario Gonzales join the band. After months of writing the band changed their name to "Witness The Fallacy". Vocalist and long time friend, Kyle Saprio, would join in 2015. Soon after Bassist Nolan Hutchison would then join the group in early 2016.
The band has many musical influences; from the punchiness of bands such as The Acacia Strain to the ambiance of Aversions Crown. the band has shared the stage with numberous nationals: I, the Breather, My enemies and I, Forevermore, Here Comes the Kraken, Feed Her to the Sharks, So This is Suffering, Lack of Remorse, Winds of Plague, Rings of Saturn, Enterprise Earth, Traitors, The Last Ten Seconds of Life, Spite, Kriminals, Angelmaker, Falsifier, Extortionist, Filth, Oceano, Slaughter to Prevail, Aversions Crown, No Zodiac, Left Behind, I Am, Kublai Khan, Within the Ruins and Currents.
In Early 2016, the band would then release three singles tilled "Army of Skanks", "Sway Like the Ocean" and "Broken" as an EP on their Soundcloud. On September 12, 2016, the band dropped their self titled album with Randol Moreno. Later that year, the band put out their single "Betrayal" for free on their Bandcamp.
A year later, the band would record their second single "Creatures" with Dave Escobar in Camarillo, California.
