A Juicy Limon

I am a Masters student in Historical Research at the University of Sheffield. I am aiming to learn more about the Wikipedia community and how it shares and presents historical knowledge. I also hope to cultivate an interest and enjoyment in editing Wikipedia articles in the hope of imparting my own knowledge.

Interests in History

I have a relatively broad set of interests in History that focus on the Medieval period. These include:

• Gender negotiations in the Middle Ages
• Literature presenting women in the Middle Ages
• The Tudors
• Queenship in the Middle Ages
• The Renaissance

I am not solely interested in the Middle Ages though, as I also enjoy looking at Gender History as a period of historiography. Hopefully my interests will come across in the pages I edit. Please be kind as I am still currently learning.

I have just joined the Wiki Project on Women's History in an attempt to be more involved with the expanding contribution to women's history.
