Huh: "In general, this page should be created and edited by User:JohannVII." Does that mean other people can create/edit/deface my user page if they want? Awkward.

Anyway, my education is in linguistics, English(US) writing (both formal and creative), women's studies, and Spanish(Latin American).

I'm currently working as a set carpenter for a local opera/musical theater company while I slowly and somewhat haphazardly pursue a masters degree in education.

I'm also very good at identifying and refuting specious arguments in a debate. ;-)
