Air Vice Marshal Rajesh Isser,AVSM, VM is an officer in the Indian Air Force (IAF). He was positioned as Senior Officer Administration (SOA) in IAF’s Central Air Command since January 2016, before retiring from service on 30 June 2019. He has over 8000 hours of flying to his credit and has held several high profile appointments and commands, most notably, Operation Rahat, Kargil War, United Nations peacekeeping (Congo), Siachen Glacier, and relief during Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka Floods – Oct 2009 National Disaster Response Force.

Rajesh Isser is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy.[1]
