On the web since last millennium, I was Head of our organisation Communication Unit from 2001 to 2004.

In 2002, I wanted to teach more of our intranet users to post by themselves, in order to refocus effort on our public portal at the expenses of our workload on the intranet. That's when our genius Australian webmaster Mathew Lowry (now - 15 years later - one of the best social media guru in Europe) told us about this programme that was hot in the US, something called wiki-wiki.

I told him that if I could create a page without more than 10' of tutorial, we would adopt it for our intranet. I did and saw for the first time on the web a page I had created ! We were the first in a very very large organisation (currently with a staff of 30.000) to have wiki made intranet pages.

I have been wiking since then, mostly for our corporate pages.

On Wikipedia only since 2010, but with lots of experience - but so little time for this great co-creation ;-(
