Falkners Legend was a name created in the spring of 2004. It references a spelling variation of the author William Faulkner. It really came out of nowhere (which is somewhere between here and North Carolina on a really desolate stretch of road).

The name is used as an online screename, a message board user name, an X Box Live gamer tag, and tenative name for a punk band.
