Convenience template to insert glyphs as inline graphics.

Supported scripts

Using unnamed parameter |1=, this template can invoke scripts by their formal names, ISO numbers, three-letter language codes, or four-letter script codes. Use unnamed parameter |2= for the glyph.

Notes

• Most scripts include different types of glyphs, use parameter |type= to change it according to the following table.
• Use parameter |ext= to change the filename extension.

Usage

{{Glyph|Grek|Pi archaic}} gives [[File:Greek Pi archaic.svg|x16px]]: File:Greek Pi archaic..

Third parameter is vertical px size (default to 16); fourth parameter is alt text (optional).
