Vivianne Miedema is a Dutch soccer player who plays for Arsenal and the Dutch national team. She's a prolific goal scorer beating opposing keepers with both feet as well as her head.
She signed her first contract with Heerenveen at age 14 reluctantly because she thought the level she was playing on with boys her own age was much higher. She made her debut at 15 becoming the youngest player to do so in the top league in the Netherlands. She stayed with Heerenveen for 3 seasons tallying more than 1 goal per game, before moving to Bayern Munich in Germany's much stronger Bundesliga. Her incredible statistic of over 1.5 goals per game in her final season with Heerenveen had landed her offers from all over Europe and even as far away as Brasil.
In her final season with Heerenveen she also made her first appearances for the Dutch national team at age 17. In her first match against Albania she came on 5 minutes before the final whistle, but in her second against Portugal she got 15 minutes of playing time. During those 15 minutes she scored a hattrick and from then on she was a starter.
