comes from an eclectic musical background. I started playing music before I can remember. My story is one of those typical stories where the kid would beat on his toys, put concerts on for my friends and family, and I even had a lip sync band when I was 5. I started playing guitar when I was 7 and began playing drums at the age of 9. I also sang in the church choir. I also joined the school band. Around this time I developed a love for rock music. I started with the classics (Led Zeppelin, Queen, Bob Marley, James Brown) and by the age 13 I was listening to the popular bands of the day (Sublime, Korn, Limp Bizkit). At this time my sister was involved with Community Theater and I began to play in the pit orchestras at the shows. I began playing on the weekends for shows. I also took part in my high school’s jazz band. After High School I moved down to Florida to study a Recording Arts program in Orlando. It was there that I started a rock band and decided that writing and playing music was what I wanted to do. I transferred to Berklee. While at Berklee I was offered a position with a band that was touring. I left school for 2 years and now I am back graduating in 2 months. I feel like music has been the vehicle that has carried me through my entire life. I look at music like a member of my family. It is the love of my life. I feel like overtime music has grown with me.
