About Me

My name is Cyrus Rafizadeh. Im 18 years old. Im a Senior at University of Houston. Im a Pre-Law student with a major in Business Administration and tripple minors in Finance, Economics, and International Business. I run a website called Predatorix.com which is dedicated to educating the public about Commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMICs) as well as Predatory lending. I am also a member of Commercial Mortgage Securities Association. My online alias is Cyrusx7 (but someone banned my original Cyrusx7 username for no reason).

Hobbies

When im not studying or reading about business, I enjoy pwning n00bs on Halo PC and World of Warcraft. I also like to build computers.
