The Strait of Saint Lesmes is a maritime landmark of the south Atlantic that separates by the south of the Caldera gulf at the islands Thule/Morrell y Cook del Thule group of the south of the South Sandwich Islands. It's located between Hewison Point of the Corbeta Uruguay peninsula, to the west of Thule island, and point Arrecife, to the east of the Cook island. In the middle you can find is the small Twitcher Rock.^[1]^[2]^[3]

It is confused often with Douglas Strait, located in the north.
