Club career[edit]

Early years[edit]

Talbro began his career with spells at Højby and B 1913, before joining Danish Superliga club Odense BK at the age of 10.[3] He progressed through the youth ranks,[3] but in order to move forward in his career he departed Odense at the end of the 2015–16 season.[4]

Brentford[edit]

Talbro travelled to England to trial with Championship club Brentford in January 2016 and he officially joined the club's B team on a three-year contract on 1 July 2016.[1][3][4][5] He was the team's first-choice right back and made 70 appearances and scored one goal before his departure on 31 August 2018.[6][7][8]

FC Nordsjælland[edit]

On 31 August 2018, Talbro returned to his native Denmark to join Superliga club FC Nordsjælland on a one-year contract.[9] He was an unused substitute during two Superliga matches in November 2018 and failed to make an appearance before his release at the end of the 2018–19 season.[10]

Dalum IF[edit]

On 31 July 2019, Talbro signed a one-year contract with Danish 2nd Division club Dalum IF on a free transfer.[11] He made 15 appearances during the truncated 2019–20 season.[12]

Kerteminde BK[edit]

Talbro transferred to Funen Series club Kerteminde BK prior to the beginning of the 2020–21 season.[13]

International career[edit]

Talbro won 10 caps for Denmark between U16 and U19 level.[14]

Personal life[edit]

Talbro grew up in a one-parent family.[15] He completed his national service in May 2021 and as of January 2022,[16] was serving at a private in the Royal Danish Army.[17]
