bdevoe is the pseudonym of a Wikipedia user. He is the president and CEO of Otto Von Productions, Inc., an independent game development company in the Denver metro area. He was the creator and primary developer of the early 1990s multi-user game BTech 3025, based on the Battletech universe in a MUSE environment. He is unfortunately not related to Ronnie DeVoe of New Edition and Bell Biv Devoe fame or Todd Devoe, former wide receiver for the Denver Broncos - but wishes he was.

Bill has worked for several high-tech companies on the Front Range, including Hewlett-Packard, where he was a software engineer, a software quality manager, and the HP TWAIN Working Group representative and major contributor to the TWAIN 1.6 standard. He also worked at Anark as a lead software engineer, leading the development teams of Anark Studio 1.0 and 1.5. He was a lead software engineer at HID Global in Westminster, Colorado and chaired the Security Industry Association's Access Point Controller subcommittee until June of 2008. He was Software Manager at imaging Technology international, an industrial ink jet printer manufacturer, and a Senior Technical Project Manager at Examiner.com until March 2010. His day job is as a Program Manager at Comcast where he works to instill agile software development practices throughout the organization.

He is a past master of his Masonic lodge, Park Hill Lodge #148, having served as Master of Park Hill in 2007.

Bill currently resides in Centennial, CO with his wife, his daughter, his son, 1 dog and too many cats. Like MatthewUND (from whom he took the basic template for this page), he doesn't discriminate about what he will and will not edit - he will work on just about anything.
