Postano is a visualization and curation platform for cross-channel social engagement (as part of TigerLogic) based in Portland, Oregon.

Platform[edit]

Postano is a fan engagement platform that helps brands create socially powered brand experiences. The Postano platform streams in brand and hashtag content from a wide variety of social networks including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and others. The platform allows brands to monitor this content as well as moderate it for display on websites, mobile apps, in stadiums, in stores, and at events.

History[edit]

Postano started out as PostPost, launched in December 2010, and enabled users to quickly skim relevant passages of text shared by their Facebook friends and sort shared content by type.^[2] PostPost evolved into the Postano Platform, formally launched in 2011.^[3] Postano's parent company TigerLogic acquired the mobile app publishing studio Storycode Inc in 2012 to integrate Storycode's technology into the Postano platform.^[4]
