Thank you for the barnstar! I appreciate it. There's a couple of other issues that many of the articles had that still need to be addressed too but I was unsure how to fix them off the top of my head. Many of the articles have "extra space" at the top because of the way the infoboxes are used. This is a template issue and templates can be quite finicky so I didn't want to tackle this at the same time as other issues. The other is the public domain material tag and where it should go. I think the answer is that it should go at the very bottom of the article but I will have to consult the manual of styles to be certain. I'll let you know when I figure these out. 16th to 31st Arkansas Regiments[edit]
I don't have time to review all 16 articles that you listed. I did, however, add some comments at Talk:16th Arkansas Infantry Regiment. In my opinion it is almost B-class. The main issues are that (a) the lead section should be longer and (b) when persons or places have existing articles, they should be linked. 8th Arkansas Field Battery[edit]

American Civil War: Arkansas[edit]
I was try to make all the Arkansas articles all appear the same. Hence the reformmating. When you want to print the book you can add the "hide print" and then take it out after getting it printed. Adamdaley (talk) 06:49, 30 December 2012 (UTC)
- I appreciate your efforts to standardize the articles and you have been truly helpful to me in the past by reviewing and providing meaningful feedback on improvements, but I really wish you would reconsider these changes. In July I went through and very painstakingly added "hide in print" to the info boxes and to all "External links" section of EVERY article which is included in the Book:Arkansas Confederate Infantry Units. I do not order large runs of the book myself, but I do promote the book by including the link to the book page in almost every posting that I do on the Arkansas in the Civil War, Indian Territory in the Civil War, Missouri in the Civil War and Field Artillery in the Civil War Message Boards. I also promote the book when I am asked to speak at various history roundtable events around the state. One complaint that I have received about the printed book is the excessive pages taken up by the info boxes and the useless External Links sections. The info boxes are a page wide, often with only a few words on each line. When I went through and did the “hide in prints”, it cut the book down by 70 pages which lowered the cost for a one time print by several dollars. I have not added the "hide in print" to the articles contained in Book:Arkansas Confederate Cavalry and Artillery Units because those articles are not nearly a far a long as the articles on the infantry units. Redesignated as the 35th Arkansas Infantry Regiment On November 15, 1862, General Hindman moved the Arkansas infantry to Massard Prairie, 3 miles (4.8 km) southeast of Fort Smith to drill and organize the divisions. The 35th Arkansas was assigned to Brigadier General James F. Fagan's 1st Brigade of Brigadier General Frances A. I found and added the commander's name. I think that paragraph needs an additional reference. I will find one and add it. The Arkansas Civil War Message Board was hacked during christmas, so a lot of the sources are not avaiable.
