Tonbak Rural District (Persian: دهستان تمبک) is in the Central District of Kangan County, Bushehr province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qaleh-ye Meyan,[2] whose population at the 2016 National Census was 928 people in 250 households.[3]

After the census, the rural district was established in the district. At the same time, Taheri Rural District and the city of Bandar Siraf were separated from the district in the establishment of Siraf District.[2]
