Thryophilus is a genus of wrens in the Troglodytidae (wren) family. It contains five species, which were previously classified in Thryothorus.

- Sinaloa wren (Thryophilus sinaloa) (Baird, 1864)
- Antioquia wren (Thryophilus sernai) Lara et al., 2012
