Birmingham task force[edit]

If the banner on an article's talk page is given |Birmingham=yes, this adds a row to the banner:

Why does that not link to a task force page? Compare, for example, Talk:Flying Scotsman (train), where the project banner has, amongst others,

This article is supported by the Passenger trains task force.
