State vs non-state[edit]

@Aleksandr Grigoryev, DB1729, and Perohanych: The name of the template is misleading, since both state and non-state "institutions" are included. Although the word "institution" can be used in a generic sense in English - e.g. "shaking hands is an institution in much of European culture", and non-state organisations can be described as institutions in the generic sense, the word "institution" without context does tend to have a connotation of a state organisation.

Proposal: Rename this template to Anti-corruption organisations in Ukraine and then restructure the content to have something like:

  • Current
    • State institutions
    • Non-governmental organisations
  • Defunct
    • State institutions

This change would also better justify including Dejure Foundation, which is a key player in the anti-corruption movement in Ukraine and also non-state.
