Fix the broken template[edit]

Those edits have been utterly wrong and have broken all pages which transclude this template (see e.g. the current contents of Category:Wikipedia page-section templates). Change the template to the following code, please:

I.e. a revert to this revision, plus use {{Documentation}}.
