I was initially a bit alarmed to see a category I created and use tagged as "polluted"; perhaps this template could be better renamed as, say, "Non-polluted category" or "Exclude from polluted category report"? I agree - it's counter-intuitive that putting {{Polluted category}} on a page removes that page from Wikipedia:Database reports/Polluted categories. Perhaps something like "Legitimately polluted category" ? PS I'm not sure that many of the categories with this tag really need it. DexDor (talk) 06:09, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
