removing 'auto link' for coaches[edit]

I've removed the around the home coach and visitor coach.

This is because some names need more complex links, for example, Jimmy Johnson.

In other more complex, more standard templates, the code checks each field to see if the information has been given, and if so displays it; the conventional format is to specify the link (if any) in the template call. For example, instead of;

|home coach=Jimmy Johnson

...providing a link to the incorrect article, it will now be necessary to specify the link, with;

|home coach=Jimmy Johnson

Ideally, a similar change would be made on all fields, and 'if' code added to check that the fields exist etc, but I don't have the time to do this right now.

I will manually alter the pages that use this template, adding the linkage for the coaches.
