This edit request has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request.

The Olympic Games article has an edit notice stating that it uses "British English with Oxford spelling", but that is at odds with the {{Use British English}} template that was there long before the edit notice was created. The article is clearly written in British English and there has been no attempt to update it to Oxford spelling so the edit notice is not being implemented and sticks out like a sore thumb. Please see Talk page. I logged my concerns here on 5 September. The originator told me to change it but I'm not an admin, hence this request.
