No its not. This redirect is from a move - see the history of the redirect, which says "16:42, 13 September 2011‎ GTBacchus (talk | contribs)‎ . . (30 bytes) (+30)‎ . . (moved Template:Dablink to Template:Hatnote over redirect: per move request; see talk page)" - otherwise show a link to the revision which was merged.
