{{db-nocontext}} was placed on this page- in between craeting the page and cut and pasting in the references. Really this is an aggravating time waster, The message "please remove this notice, but do not remove this notice from pages that you have created yourself" just does not make sense in this context. Either cron the bot to wait 20 mins for contextual edits, or check the authors edit history, to see if you are dealing with a experienced editor.
Perhaps you need a {{Hang about|you cant be serious}} tag
