Infobox[edit]

Robert, adding an infobox to the template means that it appears on all the pages which use this template. This takes up a huge amount of room on the page, and isn't needed. I like the infobox and am about to add it to the Australian Army article, but it's not needed on all the other pages IMO. cheers, Nick Dowling (talk) 10:59, 10 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

added. I removed the reference to the Army participating in the Boxer Revolution (occured before Federation), Russian Civil War (the handful of Australians involve were seconded to British units) and Gulf and Kosovo Wars (the Army played no role in either war, and Australia stayed out of the Kosovo War) though. Link to deleted portal removed[edit]

The Australian Army portal was recently deleted. I've removed the red link from the template. BlackcurrantTea (talk) 12:10, 30 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
