This template creates a userbox that identifies a user who has cancer or another serious medical condition.
To use this userbox template, place the following line of Wikitext on your user page:
{{User cancer|condition|year|month|date}}
where:
condition is the optional user medical condition. (default: cancer)year is the optional 4-digit year number of the user's initial diagnosis.month is the optional month number of the user's initial diagnosis.date is the optional day of month number of the user's initial diagnosis.
