Usage[edit]
Use this template to spread WikiLove or show appreciation with salamanders.
To add a personal message, use the |message= parameter:
{{subst:Salamander|message=For being so helpful at [[SomeArticle]]! ~~~~}}
You can change the image to one of your choosing, by adding an |image= parameter:
{{subst:Salamander|image=Tiger_salamander.jpg}}
If you're not really into the "WikiLove" thing, and just want to show appreciation or something, you can replace the "Salamanders promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day better. Your salamander must be fed daily and will be your faithful companion for life!" text, or just blank it with , in the |stocktext= parameter:
{{subst:Salamander|stocktext=Salamanders show appreciation, and hopefully this one has made your day better.|message=For being so helpful at [[SomeArticle]]! ~~~~}}
Your username is filled in automatically. You can change it to something else with the |1= parameter:
