  • Article is new enough, long enough, but needed lots of copyediting. I've corrected multiple glaring errors including her birth place (Karachi, China?!!) and birth year. Please make sure your articles are better copyedited; I believe several other editors have mentioned that in the past. As for the hook, I think "dedication to the cause of her people" sounds vacuous and peacocky. It's more interesting to mention that the Ramon Magsaysay Award is considered "Asia's Nobel Prize". -Zanhe (talk) 19:23, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
  • Zanhe Thanks for the review and c/e. I suggest ALT1 hook ... that Wu Qing won the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Public Service in 2001, which is considered "Asia's Nobel Prize"?
Actually I've found that multiple awards have been called "Asia's Nobel Prize", so the term does not seem that special. So I've shrunken the original hook into ALT2, which is good to go. -Zanhe (talk) 17:17, 31 March 2016 (UTC)
