  • New enough, long enough (1,949 characters), neutral, well cited throughout, and almost nil confidence of copyvio, hook is 123 characters and formatted correctly, interesting enough, cited in article to ref 2, and not unduely negative (about a living person, but that's not really a concern because this is pasta).
