Selworthy Beacon[edit]

  • ... that in the sixteenth century, Selworthy Beacon (pictured) in Somerset was used as a beacon location to warn of impending invasions?

  • New enough and long enough. Hook checks out and images are properly licensed. Spotcheck of online sources shows no plagiarism or close paraphrasing concerns. There are a couple of cleanup tags that need to be sorted out before I can pass this though - the {{clarification needed}} tag apparently refers to which one of the photos is the mausoleum mentioned in the text (I suspect neither) - and Sir Thomas needs to be disambiguated. Otherwise a nicely put together little article that makes me want to walk the hill! Simon Burchell (talk) 21:44, 6 May 2013 (UTC)
