Scott Reardon[edit]

Reardon running at the AIS

  • ... that two-time world champion water skiier and 2012 Paralympic athletics competitor Scott Reardon (pictured) was the first person with a disability to win his state's water skiing championship?

Created/expanded by LauraHale (talk), Bidgee (talk). Nominated by Hawkeye7 (talk) at 08:45, 18 August 2012 (UTC)

  • Long enough, new enough at time of nomination, inline citations used, QPQ done, hook is within the limit and is directly sourced.
  • images/video licensing apparently fine, but I find them excessive for the size of text around them. Maybe transfer the video to the commons and reduce size of image to the left? Mohamed CJ (talk) 00:45, 25 August 2012 (UTC)
    • Layout is not a valid concern at DYK, except that the DYK rules require us to have both pictures. We like the video a lot. Hawkeye7 (talk) 15:09, 25 August 2012 (UTC)
  • Another user moved media files into gallery following a short discussion (in which one editor found style/MoS relevant to DYK). Good to go now . Mohamed CJ (talk) 02:06, 26 August 2012 (UTC)
