Article was created March 14, now at 20,812 characters. Article is within policy and fully referenced. Hook is short enough and cited in the article (sources aren't available online, so AGF). The hook is supported by the article, strictly speaking, though the article more explicitly suggests that the tile may not have been the cause of death.
