Although the term "gooseneck barnacle" can be used for this species, it is more generally used to refer to the whole order. I would suggest re-wording it to clrify that we're talking about a particular species: --Stemonitis (talk) 20:00, 11 February 2012 (UTC)

ALT1: ... that the gooseneck barnacle Pollicipes polymerus (several pictured) will be sterile if there are no others within 20 cm (8 in)?
