Hook is verified immediately following claim by PAFA source. Totally fascinating, thank you Mary Mark Ockerbloom for the article. I guess I never knew there were actually artists involved in the images that appear on coins and assumed it was all technical photography. SusunW (talk) 17:28, 8 March 2016 (UTC)
