  • Article is long enough (even after I condensed some things) and new enough, clearly written, neutrally presented with the possible exception of "racked up", and supported by adequate references throughout; although there is a lot of use of material reproduced at ancestry.com, in my judgement there are sufficient other sources for the facts of his military career that this does not undermine the article. I would, however, recommend adding specific page refs. (and Google Books links to individual pages) in future when referencing books. I found the hook confirmed on p. 89 of Pusher Aces of World War 1. I did not find any overly close paraphrasing. I believe this is ready. Yngvadottir (talk) 21:04, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
