- ... that dramatic soprano Evelyn Herlitzius appeared as Elektra, staged by Patrice Chéreau at the Aix-en-Provence Festival in 2013, reviewed as "a creature of mesmerising intensity"?

- Comment: We might also mention that it was the last staging by Chéreau before he died, that she won prestigious prizes (one in the same role in a different production) and just stepped in as Isolde in Bayreuth, but I would go for the creature of mesmerising intensity. - Another women in red article.
