Doris Bergen

  • New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. QPQ done. Regarding the hooks, ALT0 is very interesting; hook ref verified and cited inline. However, I would write it this way for clarity:
  • ALT0a: ... that Doris Bergen holds Canada's only endowed chair in Holocaust history?
  • ALT2 does not seem accurate; the source says her parents were Mennonites, but mentions nothing about her. If another source cannot be found, that fact should be edited in the article. Yoninah (talk) 23:02, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
@Yoninah: On page 142 and 143 she specifically talks about being Mennonite. A quote from the source even specifically says she was introduced as "a Mennonite farm girl from Sask." HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 03:42, 5 September 2019 (UTC)
I apologize, I didn't realize the source I linked here wasn't used in the article. My oversight. I have now added it. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 03:47, 5 September 2019 (UTC)
  • Thank you. Both hooks verified and cited inline. Let's let the promoter decide. Good to go. Yoninah (talk) 15:07, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
