Article is long enough and well cited. New enough. The hook is correct length and is cited. (It actually says he was the "last man"). There is no image. I'm not a gridiron fan but I think the hook could be shorter. I think you could delete "gridiron football player" as its obvious from the rest of the hook. Paraphrasing not spotted. Neutral.
