Zeus?[edit]

I'm not sure why this article says that Zeus was depicted on every tetradrachm or drachm during the Seleucid period. He was depicted on the obverse of a handful during the reign of Seleukos I and then not again for generations, until the reign of Antiochos IV (who considered himself to be an incarnation of Zeus). Even then, a huge portion of Seleucid silver coinage depicted Apollo, Athena, or Nike. Drachms featuring Zeus were very rare.
