Sayed Zabiuddin Ansari a.k.a. Abu Hamza or Abu Jundal is an Indian national, Islamic fundamentalist / terrorist belonging to Indian Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Taiba according to Anti-Terrorism Squad.^[1]^[2] He is charged in the National Investigation Agency court of being involved in 2008 Mumbai attacks.^[2]

@27.34.68.107: please read WP:TERRORIST. Mumbai attacks was an undisputed act of terrorism and Zabiuddin Ansari is mentioned as terrorist and accused of terrorism charges in reliable media whose references are already added.
The guideline WP:TERRORIST asks " in which case use in-text attribution . Accordingly I have restored the refs and the content.
You should also check out Anders Behring Breivik whose article refers to him as a terrorist in the first line of the lead.
There is no rule that says the word "Terrorist" is banned in wikipedia, if you want such a rule, then please get the rule first instead of enforcing your personal opinion on articles. --DBig Xrayᗙ 15:08, 27 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Lead is never started with attribution, see Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Lead_section#Opening_paragraph. What is the relevance of Anders Behring Breivik here? There is no such line that says "Lead is never started with attribution" or similar in Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Lead_section#Opening_paragraph. The Line properly defines and identifies the subject as it is asked in the MOS. please be specific and point your concern. --DBig Xrayᗙ 05:13, 28 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Same suggestion as the other article - use "militant" in the initial sentence then add a sentence to the end of first para in lead saying he has been described as a terrorist by XYZ. Even then, look at Ziad Jarrah and Abu Musab al-Zarqawi which are the only two featured articles on individuals in WP:TERRORISM. Not only are they not labeled terrorists in the opening sentence, it's not mentioned anywhere in the lead. These are featured articles - the type of articles we should be using as examples and both of those people are pretty widely labeled terrorists in media.
