Naming conventions and hidden away[edit]

Why is this article at such a strange name, when the article itself only refers to him as Zénon Bacq? See Wikipedia:Naming conventions.

Of course, it is also improper that the above appears as a redlink. If a second given name exists, it is okay to include it in text (make a redirect for it, too, if that is done). For now, I plan to move it which will make Zénon Bacq blue. If you think something else is proper after carefully considering the naming conventions, explain why here and then move it.
